The photographs shot for "Swing" were taken during a family reunion. The installation includes a video slide show of individual family members as they attempt to maneuver a swing. The photographs are 52.5" X 30" and hang from the ceiling and high on the walls. The prints sway gently over the heads of viewers. The piece explores elements of venerability, individuality, age and the relevance of familial connections.
